I've found this helps me to remain asleep somewhat better.

I would give it 5 stars if I had something to compare it to. I just know I stopped using it about four months ago and started noticing a decline in my ability to stay asleep. Kept waking at 3 am. Wife said get it again and found that my sleep has improved so something is working. I like that it is not prescription.
