Directions for Use:
Take 3 capsules daily (1 with each meal or 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening) with a glass of water. Persons with severe joint conditions may take 2 capsules 3 times daily (6 capsules/day) for the first 2 weeks or until joint condition improves, then return back to 3 capsules daily.
